本政策说明“理相”（英文名 Photo Tidy，以下简称“本 App”）如何处理你的信息。本 App 由个人开发者开发和维护（以下简称“我们”）。

  • 照片只在你的 iPhone 上分析，照片和分析结果都不会上传到任何服务器。
  • 我们不收集任何个人数据：没有账号、没有广告、没有统计或崩溃分析 SDK。
  • 本 App 没有自己的服务器，我们无法看到你的照片或使用情况。

1. 照片访问权限

本 App 需要访问你的照片图库，用来找出相似、重复的照片，以及按人物整理照片。你可以授权访问全部照片或只授权部分照片，也可以随时在 iPhone 的“设置 › 理相 › 照片”中更改或撤销授权。撤销后本 App 将无法读取你的照片。

2. 在本机进行的处理

为实现上述功能，本 App 会在你的设备上运行内置的机器学习模型，生成以下数据：

这些数据只保存在本 App 在你设备上的私有存储空间中，不会上传，不会与任何第三方共享，也不会包含在 iCloud 备份中。人脸数据仅用于在你的设备上对你自己的照片分组，不会用于识别具体身份、广告或任何其它用途。

本 App 还会在本机保存少量设置（例如相似度阈值），以及你在 App 中标记要删除的照片列表。

删除方式：卸载本 App 会删除上述全部数据。你的照片本身保存在系统“照片”中，不受影响。

3. 照片删除

本 App 只会在你确认后删除照片。删除操作通过系统完成，系统会再次请求你确认。删除的照片会进入“照片”App 的“最近删除”相簿，30 天内可以恢复。

如果你通过电子邮件联系我们，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和你写的内容。这些信息只用于回复你的问题，不会用于其它用途，也不会提供给第三方。你可以随时要求我们删除往来邮件。

本 App 不集成任何第三方 SDK、广告或数据分析服务。App 内使用的机器学习模型均为开源模型，完全在本机运行，不会联网。

本 App 不收集任何人的个人信息，包括儿童。

如果本政策发生变更，我们会更新本页面并修改上方的“最后更新”日期。如有重大变更（例如开始处理新类型的数据），我们会在 App 内告知你。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Photo Tidy (Chinese name 理相, “the App”) handles your information. The App is developed and maintained by an independent developer (“we”).

  • Your photos are analyzed only on your iPhone. Neither your photos nor the analysis results are ever uploaded.
  • We collect no personal data: no accounts, no ads, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
  • The App has no servers of its own. We cannot see your photos or how you use the App.

1. Photo Library Access

The App needs access to your photo library to find similar and duplicate photos and to organize photos by person. You can grant access to all photos or only selected ones, and you can change or revoke access at any time in Settings › Photo Tidy › Photos. Once access is revoked, the App can no longer read your photos.

To provide these features, the App runs built-in machine-learning models on your device and produces:

This data is stored only in the App’s private storage on your device. It is never uploaded, never shared with any third party, and excluded from iCloud backups. Face data is used solely to group your own photos on your device. It is not used to identify who anyone is, for advertising, or for any other purpose.

The App also stores a few settings on your device (such as the similarity threshold) and the list of photos you marked for deletion.

Deletion: deleting the App removes all of this data. Your photos themselves live in the system Photos library and are not affected.

3. Deleting Photos

The App deletes photos only after you confirm. Deletion goes through the system, which asks you to confirm again. Deleted photos move to the “Recently Deleted” album in the Photos app and can be recovered for 30 days.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and never share them with third parties. You may ask us to delete our correspondence at any time.

The App contains no third-party SDKs, advertising, or analytics services. The machine-learning models in the App are open-source models that run entirely on your device without network access.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. For significant changes (for example, processing a new type of data), we will let you know in the App.
